The CEO of Inn Victoria, a Chester Vermont Romantic Bed and Breakfast, rides high on a Harley Davidson motor cycle! That's right, (for a moment), Penny sat on a Harley Davidson motor cycle and said..."Dan, lets get one". Then when she got off....she changed her mind! ...bummer!
Through the summer we've seen thousands of motor cycles ride through town; most of them were big, beautiful, HD's. One day, the past president of the Blue Knights drove in with his wife and made room reservations for this winter. The Blue Knights® International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club is a non-profit fraternal organization consisting of active and retired law enforcement men and women who enjoy riding motorcycles. In the Spring of 1974, several law enforcement officers from the Bangor, Maine (USA) area met and and formed a small, local motorcycle club. The rest, as they say, is history. Today, the largest motorcycle club in the world, has 635 chapters and 20,490 members in 29 countries.
Here are a few photos of some friends who stopped in after a four hour ride, stayed two nights, enjoyed the Vermont back roads, relaxed in the hot tub, had some great meals etc....
Vermont roads are a motor cycle rider's dream come true. The roads are windy, hilly, and in very good condition. In fact, several riders have told me that they prefer Vermont to any other part of the country
